Refund policy

Return window
You have 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return, with no need to give a reason.

Conditions
The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was received.

Return shipping costs
Return shipping costs are covered by Aciera Signature. Contact us at help@acierasignature.com to start the process and we'll provide instructions.

Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Defective or incorrect products
If the product arrives defective or doesn't match your order, contact us within 14 days of receipt and we'll offer a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
