All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
Delivery times
Because our products ship from our international logistics centers, the estimated delivery time is 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country and local customs.
- European Union: 10-18 business days
- United States: 10-20 business days
These times are estimates and may vary due to causes beyond our control (customs, local holidays, carrier issues).
Customs duties and import taxes
For shipments outside the European Union (including the United States), the order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or additional fees, which are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
